Treatments and Therapies
To complement your Sports Therapy treatment I offer the following treatments and therapies:

Dry Needling
Dry needling is similar to acupuncture and is used to treat myofascial pain.

The aim of dry needling is to release or deactivate trigger points in order to relieve pain or improve range of motion. There is research which supports the theory that dry needling improves pain control, reduces muscle tension, and helps to speed up the patient's rehabilitation.

Chinese Cupping
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine which mobilizes blood flow in order to promote healing. As seen in the Rio Olympics 2016.
